Jen does my hair understands that schedules can change and unexpected things happen. There are fees associated with same day cancellations or no-shows. You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service if no-showed or same day cancellation. Whenever possible, advance notice is appreciated so the appointment time can be made available to another guest.
